This site and all contents of the site are provided on an "as is" basis without
warrantees of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Band Registration Process
When Registering with Danimal Records / Jersey Shows we collect certain information
regarding the band and it's members.  With registering at our site you agree to
provide accurate, complete information.  You agree and understand that you are
knowingly and voluntarily entering this information.  This information shall be used
in whatever means necessary to promote/advertise the following but not limited to
any possible upcoming events/shows.  Information used (with regards to the band or
its members) but not limited to: band name, band links, photography, and logos.

When registering at our site, you will need a "band email" and "password" providing
you access to your band profile. When you re-visit our site, this band email and
password will provide you access to your profile for updating purposes. You agree
not to disclose your band email and password to any third party. If at any time you
believe that your private login information has been exposed to any other party, or
otherwise compromised, you agree to change your password immediately.  This email
address will be used by Jersey Shows and Danimal Records to provide you with
bookings, shows, and other solicited communications including possible offers and
services.

Danimal Records Inc. / Jersey Shows are independently run companies. Band 
registration does not guarantee any show offers.

Ownership Of Site Contents
Unless otherwise noted, all images, text, illustrations, designs, icons,
photographs, video clips, sound clips, and other materials that are part of this
site, are copyrighted works, trademarks or other intellectual properties owned,
controlled, or licensed by Danimal Records Inc. / Jersey Shows.

Complaints Over Perceived Infringement
Danimal Records Inc. / Jersey Shows respects intellectual property rights.  If you
believe that any materials posted on our site infringes your rights that protect you
under copyright law, we request that you email (info@jerseyshows.com) us your
concerns. We will do our best to solve the concerns in a timely manner.

Indemnities
You agree to indemnify Danimal Records Inc. / Jersey Shows and its officers,
directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers against any loss, damage,
costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with your band profile.  With
regards to any claim by a third party against us as a result of any breach by you of
these Terms of Service, including any misuse of the content / copyright laws.
